extracare Rewards

Led the refresh and launch of CVS ExtraCare, including the introduction of a new premium tier, ExtraCare+. The project involved repositioning the ExtraCare brand to streamline and consolidate confusing rewards programs into a cohesive and user-friendly offering. Developed a refreshed brand identity that distinguished ExtraCare+ while maintaining a visual connection to the core brand. Collaborated closely with the marketing team to bring the new program to market, resulting in significant growth within the first quarter of launch.
